x17online.com Britney Spears arrived at a Los Angeles hospital emergency room just minutes ago.
X17online photographers spotted Britney being driven by her bodyguard as she sat in the passenger seat, followed by another two cars.
Britney's children were not seen with her, but it's possible they could be the reason for her trip to the hospital.

UPDATE 2: Britney arrived at UCLA Medical Center's Mattel Children's Hospital
with two cars following her and a police escort which was pre-planned. The caravan of cars wasn't didn't appear to be moving in a way that would suggest there was an emergency. The whole thing started around noon PT today when the three cars left Spears' Calabasas home, heading for Westwood. Stay tuned for updates ...
UPDATE 3:"Everything is fine," her rep tells X17online. "Britney is there for an annual physical."
Britney arrived to the hospital in Westwood around noon with a three-car caravan and a police escort.
Britney donates VMA dress to Miley's Haiti auction

Miley Cyrus has recruited her celebrity pals for a star-studded online auction to benefit earthquake relief efforts in Haiti.
Cyrus recruited a bevy of famous friends to chip in too: Nicole Richie donated jewelry from her House of Harlow line and Britney Spears offered up the custom silver Versace minidress she wore to 2008's MTV Video Music Awards.
"Everyone has been so generous," says Cyrus, 17. "My mom and I started calling and texting all of our friends to see if they’d like to be a part of the auction. Demi [Lovato] was one of the first to respond. Hugh Jackman was also excited to donate something."

Check out this new pictures, from 2009, of Britney at a Christmas party in Los Angeles. This was a party made by a school so, we believe, Sean and Jayden were there. Jason, Jamie and her bodyguard were also with her.
'A friend of mine saw a barely-recognizable Britney Spears hopping onto a flight from Miami to L.A. Sunday morning to rush back to California for the Grammys. "She was with an entourage of eight who were so nervous about not having enough time to get her red carpet ready. Her flight was landing at 10:45 AM, six hours and fifteen minutes before the Grammy's were set to start," gasped a nervous stylist.
Seems like plenty of time to me! "That's no time at all. It takes hours to get Britney looking like Britney. Her hair alone can take six hours," snapped a friend. Which explains why the second she landed she was whisked away by a team of glamour experts. Don't worry she made it, arriving at 7:48 with 12 minutes to spare!'

A little work – and a little vacation! Britney Spears and beau Jason Trawick flew into Miami Beach, where they checked into the Setai Hotel and Resort and walked around the beach, a source says. But Spears was also in the Sunshine State to make some music – she was seen heading into a recording studio with manager Larry Rudolph.
The title says everything. Britney was nominated for 'Best Dance Recording' but Lady Gaga was the winner. Grammys will never support her. During the last 10 years, she's been doing amazing pop songs but she only has 1 Grammy Award. She deserves MORE!
No signs of Britney at the red carpet, 2h for the main show.
Ex-Pussycat Doll, Jessica Sutta was recently interviewed about her recent departure from The Pussycat Dolls and also what it was like to tour with Britney. She describes Britney as a 'great mother' and says its a shame that the media don't capture special moments between her and her sons. Really sweet words!

Having just flown into town the previous evening, Britney Spears was hard at work in Miami, Florida on Friday afternoon (January 29).
Wearing a pretty pink sweater while joined by her trusty security staffer, the “Womanizer” singer made her way to a recording studio to work on new material.
Rumours are currently circulating that Britney will attend the Grammy Awards this Sunday, after Access Hollywood featured photos of the seating chart which included a picture of Britney.
Britney is up for one award on the night, 'Best Dance Recording' for her smash hit 'Womanizer', and she has a strong chance of winning.
So who knows? Maybe she will attend after all! It would certainly be great to see Britney at an awards show again all dolled up with her fellow stars – it's certainly been a while!
Britney lands in Miami with her boyfriend and manager Jason Trawick. The couple were accompanied by an entourage of security as they made their way through the gates of Miami International Airport. Britney sported a large ring on her left hand's ring finger. Fellow first class passengers aboard the plane said Brit slept the entire flight.
